SHIPPING COST AND DELIVERY TIME
For all orders, the delivery time will depend on the stock and the volume of work.
Carrier and delivery time for Spain and Peninsular Portugal:
Once confirmed the availability of the product, your order will be sent by GLS, using the 24h service. This service ensures fast and efficient delivery within 24 to 48 hours (for orders processed correctly through the online store, not by telephone) since the departure of the shipment from our warehouses. Once the order is placed through our website, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the register. If this email is not received, it is likely that the order has not been placed correctly, so we suggest you contact us. NOTE: in-Gravity.com declines any responsibility associated with the delay of a delivery, delivery times are approximate and may be affected by multiple reasons beyond our control. While it is true that we are not responsible for possible delays, in-Gravity.com undertakes to make all the necessary arrangements so that the delivery becomes effective in the shortest possible time. Orders that enter after 1pm, cannot be guaranteed to be sent during the same day.
Orders entering after 1pm. On Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday, are not checked out until the next working day.
The transport agency GLS does NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
For orders by email or phone, it will be essential to confirm the order by email as well as the purchase conditions of our online store.
Carrier and delivery times for Europe (EU):
Once confirmed the availability of products and when the payment has been confirmed, your order will be sent by FedEx, using the Economy service. This service ensures a fast and efficient delivery within 2 to 5 working days from the departure of the shipment from our warehouses. For orders made through our online store, the system automatically sends an order confirmation email to the email address provided by the customer at the registration. If this email is not received, it is likely that the order was not placed correctly, so we suggest you contact us at the email in-gravity@in-gravity.com . Orders completed after 13:00h (local time), cannot be guaranteed to leave our shop during the same day.
Orders completed after 13:00h (local time), on Friday, will not be sent until the next business day.
Orders completed on Saturday, Sunday or holiday, will not be sent until the next business day.
The FedEx transport agency DOES NOT deliver on Saturday or holidays.

The shipping cost is € 10 for orders under € 50.
Shipping cost is free on orders over € 50.
CANARY ISLANDS
The shipping cost is € 10 for orders under € 100 + € 29 for Fixed Expenses.
Shipping cost on orders over € 100 will have only € 29 of Fixed Expenses.
The payment methods accepted for the Canary Islands are Bank Transfer, credit card and Paypal.
Please note that the shipment may generate customs tax expenses that are not within our competence, so we cannot offer more information about these expenses.
BALEARICS
The shipping cost is € 15 for orders under € 100.
Shipping cost is free on orders over € 100.
CEUTA AND MELILLA
The shipping cost is € 30 for orders under € 100.
Shipping cost is free on orders over € 100.
GIBRALTAR
The shipping cost is € 25 for orders under € 100.

- S Area Countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom.
For these countries the shipping costs are:
- If the order amount is € 0 to € 149.99, shipping costs are € 13.50
- If the amount of the order is greater than or equal to € 150.00, the shipping costs are € 9.50
- T Area Countries:
Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
For these countries the shipping costs are:
- If the order amount is € 0 to € 149.99, shipping costs are € 14.50
- If the amount of the order is greater than or equal to € 150.00, the shipping costs are € 9.50
The price of the products that appear in our online shop, includes the VAT tax of 21%, so no additional charge will be made.
